Payment & Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed and processed in USD.
  • Quotes: The "Estimated Total" provided by the commission calculator is a preliminary estimate. Final pricing will be confirmed via email/invoice after review.

  • Upfront Payment: Payment is due in full once the commission is formally accepted. Work will not begin until the invoice payment is cleared.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital art, no refunds will be issued once the sketching phase has begun.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel before work has started, a 90% refund may be issued (minus processing fees).

  • Artist Cancellation: If I am unable to complete your project for personal or professional reasons, a 100% refund will be issued regardless of progress.

Process & Revisions

  • Communication: All updates will be sent to the email provided in your application, and/or Discord if you have provided one.
  • Progress: I will send updates for the sketch, line, and coloring stages. I will not work past the current stage until work has been approved.
  • Revision Limit: Each commission includes two (2) rounds of revisions during the sketching phase.

  • Major Changes: Requests for major structural changes (pose, outfit, or character swaps) after the line art/coloring phase has begun will incur an additional "Change Fee" (minimum $20).

Usage & Rights

  • Artist Rights: I (ShySiren) retain all copyrights to the produced artwork, including the right to display the piece in my portfolio, social media, and art books.
  • Personal Use: The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for Personal Use. This includes social media avatars, personal prints, and wallpaper.
  • Commercial Use: Commercial licensing (merchandise, branding, etc.) is not included by default and must be negotiated separately.

  • AI/Blockchain: Under no circumstances is the artwork permitted to be used for AI training, data scraping, or NFT/blockchain minting.

Subject Matter

  • Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
  • Blacklist: Failure to follow these terms, or engaging in chargeback fraud, will result in a permanent ban on all platforms and from future commissions.
